As Diversity/Inclusiveness (D/I) Assistant Director, youll help improve D/I within Ernst Young. To achieve this, youll use your in-depth knowledge of D/I principals, to  assess needs, and identify and recommend programs or other approaches. Youll develop and implement training programs for personnel, coach other professionals, and lead project teams on strategic projects. Through all your work, youll apply departmental management procedures and project management standards. In this role, youll manage stakeholder expectations, communications, budget, timelines and performance reporting for diversity and inclusiveness projects. Youll work independently, receiving general direction. In addition, youll frequently assign projects and tasks to project team members and direct reports, supervising them and reviewing their work.
